Declaration

The Minister receives advice on the draft CCRLUS from the Tasmanian Planning Commission prior to the declaration for consideration.

The SPO may modify the draft CCRLUS following consultation or after receiving advice from the Tasmanian Planning Commission. If the changes are substantial, the draft may be readvertised.

The final version will be sent to the Minister who may then declare the final CCRLUS.
