Amendments
Minor Amendment 04 - 2026 - effective 7 September 2026
Minor Amendment to clarify the land title information required to accompany permit applications, and how the SPPs apply to permits issued under former planning schemes.
Amendment to clarify that noise walls are part of standard road infrastructure upgrades and meant to be an exempt use and development under Clause 4.2.4 (b) of the SPPs.
Amend various clauses in the Coastal Erosion Hazard Code (C10.0), Coastal Inundation Hazard Code (C11.0), and Landslip Hazard Code (C15.0) to provide greater clarity of the application.
