- They are the highest level of land use planning policy.
- They will guide the review of the regional land use strategies (RLUS) content and inform the State Planning Provisions (SPP) review and amendments to Local Provisions Schedules (LPS).
The Tasmanian Planning Policies will guide Tasmania’s land use planning system. The policies will set out common land use planning aims to be achieved or applied by both the regional land use strategies and the Tasmanian Planning Scheme.
