The Minister has made the Housing Land Supply (Penguin) Order 2024 - effective 22 January 2025.
The Order amended the Central Coast Local Provisions Schedule under the Tasmanian Planning Scheme for the Central Coast municipal area by:
- Rezoning land located at 18A Lester Road, Penguin folio of the Register 62700/15 to the General Residential Zone.
