After considering the Commission’s advice, the Minister has determined to make amendment 05/2025 as a minor amendment of the State Planning Provisions.
The minor amendment 05/2025 of the SPPs will come into effect on 4 March 2026.
The minor amendment applies in council areas where the Tasmanian Planning Scheme is in effect.
