The Minister has made the Housing Land Supply (Brighton) Order 2024 - effective 24 December 2024.
The Order amended the Brighton Local Provisions Schedule under the Tasmanian Planning Scheme for the Brighton municipal area by:
- Rezoning land located at 1the end of William Street, adjacent to the Midland Highway and South Line railway, Brighton, described by folios of the Register FR 108441/1 and 78100/1 to the General Residential Zone.
The rezoning came into effect on 5 February 2025.
