The Minister has made the Housing Land Supply (Penguin) Order 2026 - effective 21 Otober 2026.
The Order amended the Central Coast Local Provisions Schedule under the Tasmanian Planning Scheme for the Central Coast municipal area by:
- rezoning the land situated at 1 Ironcliffe Road, Penguin, described by folio of the Register 156425/1, to the General Residential Zone.
