Housing Land Supply Order (Huntingfield) 2026 effective

The Minister has made the Housing Land Supply (Huntingfield) Order 2026 - effective 28 Otober 2026.

The Order amended the Kingborough Interim Planning Scheme for the Kingborough municipal area by:

• expanding the Local Business Zone within the site, and
• altering the relevant planning provisions which apply in the areas of land zoned General Residential and Inner Residential to better support the delivery of medium density housing across the site.
