The Minister has made the Housing Land Supply (Sulphur Creek) Order 2026 - effective 1 July 2026.
The Order amended the Central Coast Local Provisions Schedule under the Tasmanian Planning Scheme for the Central Coast municipal area by:
- rezoning the land situated at Preservation Drive adjacent Howth Roundabout, Sulphur Creek described by folios of the Register FR 188961/1, FR 188961/2 and FR 188961/3, to the General Residential Zone.
